Reduced risk for CCTV use
We provided policy and procedure for CCTV use in a hospital environment using our flexible approach. Consultation included meetings with a range of staff from specialized units across the hospital and other health services, to complete scenario planning. The assignment included a review of existing privacy controls, which were out of date. Legislative requirements for surveillance technologies were also reviewed with the client to ensure compliance.
Improved capabilities for Child Safety
We developed a range of child safety policies and procedures to meet child safe standards in Victoria for an Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisation. The assignment included a significant consultative piece across a range of service areas, including privacy requirements. We also provided tailored templates, our document hierarchy and training content to uplift child safety.
