Reduced risk for technology and AI use
We delivered a Leadership Briefing to inform leaders about risks and changing legislation. We then developed policies to mitigate privacy and security risks. The assignment included a significant consultative piece across a range of service areas, including human resources. We also provided tailored templates, and training content to uplift privacy and security capability across the organisation.
Reduced risk for technology security based on ISO27001
We provided policy and procedure for technology use in a high regulated airport environment using our flexible approach. Consultation included meetings with a range of staff from specialized units across the airport to complete scenario planning. The assignment included a review of existing controls, which were out of date. We developed documents based on ISO27001 requirements.
