Reduced risk for privacy and security
We delivered a Leadership Briefing to inform leaders about risks and changing privacy legislation. We then developed policies to mitigate privacy and security risks. The assignment included a significant consultative piece which was organisation-wide. We also provided tailored templates, and training content for delivery online to uplift privacy and security capability.
Reduced risk for technology security based on ISO27001
We provided policy and procedures for technology users in a highly regulated airport environment using our flexible approach. Consultation included meetings with a range of staff from specialised units across the airport for scenario planning. The assignment included a review of existing controls which were out of date. We developed documents based on ISO27001 requirements.
